"Based in Laval, Mayenne, I have been cultivating expertise in management consulting, project management and change management for 18 years, both in France and internationally.
As a consultant and operational director, I have worked with the agri-food sector, specialized distribution, the amusement park industry, as well as the pharmaceutical, railway, and more recently, fertilizer sectors.
In support of the leaders, I intervene to develop roadmaps, lead action plans, support organizational changes and even train teams upstream of their project.
My guiding principle – and I hope my trademark – is the ability to unite client teams around their objectives, ensuring the sustainability of the work and contagious enthusiasm!

Mathilde FALL -
Management Consultant
Mathilde , an agricultural engineer (AgroParisTech 08), worked at Nestlé and then Danone, in France and Africa. She subsequently moved into consulting for agricultural organizations.
Specializing in lean management and facilitating working groups , she has a predilection for co-development methods used to bring teams from diagnosis to action.
Now a farmer, Mathilde divides her time between consulting for industry and the gradual takeover of the family farm in Sarthe. Like the clients she advises, Mathilde is a businesswoman and a versatile manager!

Missions carried out in recent years:
Vision for the Danone milk collection area (64) in 5, 10 and 20 years: creation and implementation of the new approach, teamwork, development of field technician skills, monitoring of actions
Facilitating groups of dairy farmers : technical and economic monitoring, farm visits, training
Supporting farmers during internal changes (change of partners): individual interviews, collective assessments, collective vision of the new project, setting up farm visits with the co-development method: presentation of customer issues, group visit of the farm with expert view, collective assessment and formulation of improvement strategies.
Organization of a European livestock farmers' congress in La Baule (44) : management of a collective project with French and European stakeholders ( European Dairy Farmers ): project management, coordination of European delegations and facilitators
Project to reduce material losses on a Nestlé breakfast cereal line : diagnosis, collaborative approach, implementation of indicators
Project to protect grassland areas in the bush with Fulani herders (Senegal) : to develop a project in a cultural context unknown to the engineer, to rely on the knowledge of the Fulani, local research institutes, to develop a budget and a reverse schedule for the donor (Danone Environnement) in order to set up a project in 2 years and ensure sustainability.
